Individual Therapy
Our psychologists are trained in a number of varied psychological therapies suitable for individual therapy.
Therefore, we are able to expertly adapt and blend them depending on your needs and goals for therapy. They include cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT), compassion focused therapy (CFT), systemic therapy and mindfulness approaches. All of these therapies are evidence based, and shown to be effective in treating a wide range of psychological difficulties. If you would like a particular emphasis (or have a preference) in your treatment, please speak to your psychologist.

Individual Therapy
Your initial session would have identified the main issues and goals that you want to focus on. Subsequent sessions usually take place weekly or fortnightly in the initial stages, and progress towards goals are reviewed periodically.
