All of our Psychologists provide online therapy for people across the UK and internationally. Now that many of us are either working from home or have more of a hybrid way of working, therapy online is easy, convenient and just as effective as therapy in person. Some people may prefer online therapy because it is difficult for them to get out of the house.

How does online therapy work?
All you will need is a good internet connection and either a mobile phone, computer or tablet. Being in a private and confidential space is also important, so that you feel comfortable talking in the session. We use video conferencing platforms like Zoom and Write Upp to ensure that the session is encrypted and secure. All you need to do is log in using the link that is emailed to you.
